Negotiate, draft, and close on new leases, subleases, amendments, purchase and sale transactions, lease terminations, construction contracts, and all other real estate contracts in all jurisdictions; Manage landlord and subtenant relationships and lease compliance including landlord and tenant defaults; Draft, negotiate, and interpret facilities agreements for in-store services and products.• Mergers and acquisitions. Direct and manage a major corporate out-of-court restructuring and refinance project; Provide key legal and corporate governance support in large and small corporate ownership restructurings.• Contract review and management. Implement contract life cycle management software to draft, negotiate, and interpret a wide variety of company contracts, including: logistics agreements for transportation and trailer rentals; waste agreements for solid waste and hazardous materials; marketing and film locations agreements; facilities services agreements; temporary licenses; security agreements; etc.• International trade compliance. Develop and implement comprehensive trade sanctions compliance program covering overseas sales.
