As the Supply & Operations Manager for the Supply and Nonprofit Team at Visit.org, I formulate strategy, improve performance and efficiency, and build systems and processes. Visit.org helps companies discover & book thousands of carefully curated social impact team experiences, led by and benefitting local nonprofits. With its proprietary library of team-based experiences across 90+ countries, Visit.org provides HR, DEI, CSR, and Meetings & Events leaders highly customized, culturally-appropriate content for purpose-driven employee and client engagement. Some of our customers include Colgate, AT & T, Paramount, General Mills, ADP, PayPal, Adobe, Twilio, Twitch, Nielsen, and others. An openminded and innovative self-starter - I am passionate about social issues ranging from wealth inequality, human rights issues, the global climate change movement to animal rights and systemic equity. I\'m committed to instigating actionable change by using strategic insight to solve pressing issues facing our world. As someone who grew up in Hong Kong with links to many different cultures, countries, and languages, I have a holistic way of thinking that allows me to look at issues from a variety of perspectives.
