Currently the business lead for Learning & Development in our convenience business of approximately stores and colleagues. My role involves:\\\\n- The effective management of L&D across the convenience business by working with the leadership teams\\\\n- Driving capability that delivers the operational business needs through technical, safe and legal, behavioural or talent development initiatives at all work levels\\\\n- Working with senior stakeholders in the support centre to manage training requirements, training capacity and prioritisation of all L&D work landing in the convenience business\\\\n- Effectively planning and reporting to ensure training is executed in agreed timescales\\\\n- Prioritising L&D requirements from multiple stakeholders based on customer and business benefit\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
