Primarily responsible for the provision of service and advising to Kaplan’s medical students in our Institutional medical programs. I offer strategy, support, and initiatives for growth and improvement to both Kaplan’s Regional Medical Program Director team and Kaplan’s Institutional Service team. I ensure for the quality and delivery of service, advising, study planning and supplementary programs for Kaplan’s Institutional students. In this role, I function as the primary driver of inside sales, leading the sales of a variety of study products primarily to on-line students. I focus on two main areas: designing, implementing and delivering service quality as well as growing Kaplan’s medical education business through inside sales as well as outstanding program and customer support.
