I’m Atharva, an MBA HR student at SBUP Pune, currently working as an HR summer intern at Reliance KGD6 in the HR & IR department. This hands-on site experience is giving me deep insights into industrial relations and strengthening my passion for the field. Currently, I’m learning the practical aspects of statutory compliance, contractor management, union interactions, and risk governance—areas that are critical to effective IR strategy on the ground. My diverse experiences, from corporate exposure to creative fields like theatre and sports, have shaped my adaptability, problem-solving ability, and interpersonal skills—helping me connect with people and manage dynamic situations with confidence. I’m continuously sharpening my skills in labour laws, conflict resolution, compliance tracking, HR policy execution, and employee relations.
