Redesigned components and assemblies that reduced assembly time, number of components and component complexity and improved ease of manufacturing. Conducted FEA analysis of components to verify stress induced and deformation during desired operation. Conducted financial assessment of projects to determine and mitigate project cost over-runs and vendor selection based on past purchase/interaction. Designed jig for mass manufacturing of component and reducing the production time. Led the development and setup of 3D printing department within company.
