   Handling Financial Reporting role wherein I am involved in Preparation of Financial Statements of branches and subsidiaries of LTIMindtree Limited as per Ind AS on a monthly and quarterly basis, along with variance analysis, for the purposes of Consolidation. Lead a team in the preparation of Dashboards indicating financial performance and other metrics to be presented to the CXOs. Involved in Reconciliations of Related Party Transactions and Balances, preparation of Current and Deferred Tax Computations, Computation of Arms Arms Length Price for Transactions between related parties, Preparation of workings for Significant transactions as per SEBI (LODR). Assisted in integration related activities during the recent merger of L&T Infotech Ltd & Mindtree Ltd including analyzing and adopting the best accounting practices of both the companies.Involved in Reporting in Hyperion Software for Consolidation of Ultimate Parent.Providing Assistance during the Audits of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of LTIMindtree Limited and liaising with Local Auditors for Local Statutory Audits & Limited Reviews of foreign subsidiaries and branches.Liaising with Business & other finance teams such as Revenue, Tax, Treasury, AP, AR, Payroll, etc. to ensure accounting is done correctly and all the local compliances related to e-invoicing, banking, etc. are adhered to.Along with Financial Reporting, I am into the role of Financial Controllership & Analysis of Overseas Entities of LTIMindtree Limited in US, Canada, Brazil, etc wherein I look after all the local compliances of Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes and Withholding Taxes of those geographies by co-ordinating with the local consultants and local auditors for getting books of accounts audited as per the local GAAP, along with ensuring timely reporting of Statutory Compliances of India like Form APR and Form FC Reportings to RBI
