Tax analyst -GMSThe role includes Payroll Management for local employees and managing Global Mobility Services for expatriate population.Payroll management:The role includes setting-up of new client in the payroll application;Processing of monthly payroll and issue of payslips;Preperation of full and final settlement (FnF) for exit employees as per company policy;Review of monthly reports: Salary Register, Salary Variance Report, PF register, MIS reports JV, Bank instructions and TDS Challan;Management of employee service portal: creating account for new employees, sharing user id & password with employees and investment declaration management;Investment proof verification and seeking additional information/clarification from employees;Responding to adhoc queries from client and employees relating to payroll;Preperation of quarterly ETD return and Form 16.Global Mobility: Managing a team involved in providing all global mobility services tax, social security and immigration compliance & Advisory services to client.
