Hi, thanks for stopping by.I’m an entrepreneur building at the intersection of technology, experiences, and real-world impact.I started early; in 9th grade - experimenting with content, travel, and on-ground experiences. From leading treks and working with travel companies to creating films, those early years shaped how I think: build with intent, stay close to people, and learn by doing.While I studied Aerospace Engineering, most of my real education came from the field — building, failing, and figuring things out.I later co-founded and led FlyLab Solutions, a drone-tech startup focused on agriculture. As CEO, I scaled the company from 0 to ~₹1 Cr in revenue, raised ₹50L+, built a 30+ member team, and worked closely with farmers. That journey took me from boardrooms to farm fields — teaching me how to build for Bharat, not just pitch decks.Along the way, I’ve worked with and been supported by some of India’s leading ecosystems: Kotak BizLabs (Top 20 Startups India), IIMA Ventures, Action for India, TechnoServe, Digital Impact Square (Tata & Sahyadri), IIT Ropar iHub, IKEA Foundation, and Visa Foundation.Recognitions: • Nashik’s Most Innovative Startup – Maharashtra Startup Yatra (2022)• Finalist – National Startup Awards (2023)• Winner – Startup Maharathi, Startup Mahakumbh (2025)Beyond startups, I’ve been involved in wildlife rescue with RESQ, contributed to Kumbhathon, mentored early-stage founders, and advised businesses in the events space.Outside of work: national-level chess, state-level football, solo travel across 15+ states, and photography.Right now, I’m exploring and building in hospitality, community-driven platforms, and experience-led ventures.I believe the real ROI in life comes from the experiences we create; Currently building the experience layer in hospitality— Atharv Naik
