Currently I am working in Tata Communications In DWDM Team (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing) where our work is Alarm Monitoring in Network Management System(NMS) like Optical Line Protection(OLP) Automatically Switched Optical Network (ASON) Fault management (FM)ECI Tejas Networks Optical Transport Network (OTN) Troubleshooting Basic Configuration Monitoring Network Performance Documentation & Reporting Alarms. In Optical Line Protection where Fiber cuts we report alarms with field coordinate & solve issue osp & as well isp means device issue) In Fault management we Handle Pan India location West, North regions in Nokia Management Tool (In that several sections are Dwdm, Ason, Isp, Infra where we report alarm, check power levels, Proper Tracing,checking frequency in Ason,In Isp Cases Card issue, Pathchord Issue, FMS Connector Issue we look & In Infra Cases Power issue. Conditional GA provided to activity osp & isp activity & mux addition 100G & 200G Coordinate with Field Team TTL NOC for Network Connectivity. In ECI where we Handle In Tejas Metro ECI where we look Loss, Temp, Bit Slightly Degraded Alarms, Disconnection Alarms means nodes unmanaged we need to coordinate DCN Team & check trail id with SA Team & Sometimes Take Local Login of node related & OFA Dwdm loss. In Tejas Networks We look in Tejas Metro where we handle Air clogged alarm, Loss of input Amplifier,fan Card Unit alarms of MUX TJ1600, HCPSLINE08In Optical Transport Network (OTN) means Handling Service Assurance (SA) in Nokia Management Tool where we look 10G & 100G services of Nokia Dwdm,loss, routing display, Network performance, Port details, Brf details through which dwdm connected to help to share rfo related cases. Handling Customer Requirements. Raise Threat To Major service Impacted Dwdm & also Coordinate with Mpls Team & NocHyd Team through regarding section impacted including Ticket Number,Section & Downtime.
