Consultant (Zoepac): Responsible for the valorisation and commercialisation of functional molecules naturally extracted from biomass and by-products. Application of green technology solutions include natural recipe formulations and shelf-life extension of fresh produce and lightly-processed foods. An approved service provider (COLEACP): a non-profit organisation funded by the EU for support and development of sustainable and commercial agriculture in ACP territories. Special focus on food safety and social & environmental standards. Advisory board member (Longevity Development): a private consortium dedicated to large-scale sustainable and commercial development projects in ACP territories. Fresh produce and ingredients trade: Supplying the UK and continental retail sector with fresh produce. Work done on brand development, vertical integration and supplier exclusivity, has resulted in 200% YOY growth. Recently entered plant-based protein market, with the opportunity to provide the food and drinks sector with USP and highly desired solutions on taste and functionality of ingredients.
