As the Head of IT I am responsible for all IT activities in Germany and Hungary - 25 sites, 10k Users, 2 digit mio. IT Budget: front offices, large and medium production sites, large R&D sitesWhile I am located in the national directorate of Valeo Germany, I am leading the entire IT organization in both countries. The Head of IT in the different Valeo sites are reporting to myself. I develop a country wide IT strategy, following the group IT strategy and execute it with my organization.I lead 30 department heads, the Head of the central shared service center and the security officers. The complete IT organization consists of 110 experts and managers. We are rolling out our global SAP template, including eProcurement, LES, MES, etc. Execute mergers and acquisitions as well as carve outs. We manage IT down to OT and ensure production operations in high quality and performance. Further, we provide state of the art R&D environment, PLM, CAD, ALM, CI/CD, etc. We prepare our sites and audit them on Tisax and IATF to maintain automotive standards
