The Top Black Talent program is Google’s award-winning and highly competitive diversity initiative. Google selects outstanding black students to support in making a successful transition into the technology industry. The two-day programme included insight from Googlers about their roles and external speakers included John Amaechi (Organisational Psychologist & New York Times Bestselling Author) who gave us fantastic keys on how to be resilient! As well as this we received fantastic insight into Google products, and got to network with some of the brightest young minds in tech.
