Managing the development, implementation, and enforcement of the compliance program- planning, directing and administering risk management and loss prevention programsrelated to operating risk, insurance, and any class of financial risk- Ensures maximum protection of the organization\'s assets- Providing support and oversight of business continuity plans enterprise-wide, whereapplicable- Managing the completion of 2 \' line oversight monitoring to assess compliancelevels and adherence to business procedures and regulations-Developing processes for effective and efficient reporting and data analysis to minimize risk exposure- Consults on an ongoing basis on related issues with managers andd executives- Ensuring conformance with applicable laws and regulations and ensuring regular training is conducted on compliance issues.
