Team Level Duties-Energizes, motivates, and leads by example -Educates and keeps team current on industry news, market trends, and consumer data -Develops individual agent budgets and uses monthly scorecards to hold accountable -Communicates monetary and recognition incentives -Recruits, hires, on boards, coaches, holds accountable, places on production management, and terminates where needed
