With 11 years of experience as a U.S. Navy combat aviator, I developed a strong foundation in leading multidisciplinary teams, solving complex problems, and managing risk in high-performance environments. My background includes military operations, aviation safety, crew resource management, and operational risk mitigation—experience that continues to shape how I approach leadership in healthcare. In addition to clinical practice, I am actively building a service-based business in North Carolina’s Outer Banks, applying principles of operations, branding, and customer experience in a real-world entrepreneurial setting. This hands-on experience reinforces my belief that sustainable growth comes from disciplined execution and a commitment to service. I am passionate about lifelong learning, embracing new challenges, and collaborating with driven teams to create meaningful impact. My goal is to bridge dentistry and business to expand access to care and enhance the health and well-being of the communities I serve.
