As a passionate techie with a strong interest in digital transformation, product management and technology, I have developed a unique set of skills and experience that I believe can contribute to the development of revolutionary technologies and processes.With almost seven years of experience working with top-tier organizations, I have a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that have helped businesses achieve their goals. My most recent position as a Chief Product Manager (Digital Transformation) at ICICI Bank has given me a wealth of experience in managing the end-to-end delivery cycle of digital products of the Wholesale Banking Group. I have successfully automated modules of the Credit Origination System. I have been the custodian for ideation, strategy and delivery for products of Credit Monitoring. I have also demonstrated my ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, vendors and conduct user training sessions to improve product adoption.Prior to my current role, I worked as an Associate Consultant at IBM Consulting, where I was responsible for developing wireframes, integrating legacy systems with MS Power Platform and CRM, and managing cross-functional teams to implement business process automation solutions reducing manual efforts in production support by 40%. During my time at Tata Consultancy Services, I gained experience in developing Microsoft Business Intelligence SSIS Packages, led teams for requirement gathering, and implemented incremental data load processes that reduced data fetch time by 80%.I completed my Master of Management degree in 2020 from SJMSOM, IIT Bombay & KU Leuven (semester exchange), where I honed my analytical and problem-solving skills. I also hold a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communication from Kalyani Govt. Engg.
