Providing Technical support to Samagra Shiksha as NIPUN Bharat Mission state PMU member with • Data Analysis: Use advance Excel, SQL, Python, R, SPSS for data analysis and timely, development of State NIPUN Student Assessment Dashboard, validated reporting for Vibha and Samagra Shiksha.• Field Data Collection: Conduct field visits for data collection, validation, and program impact assessment with government collaboration.• Predictive Analytics: Identify trends and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.• Survey Design: Support survey and data tool development to ensure high-quality data collection.• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a liaison with Samagra Shiksha and Government of Nagaland to align on project goals.• Training: Train Samagra Shiksha staff on data tools and reporting.• Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for Vibha, government officials, and stakeholders.• Relationship Management: Build strong government relationships; represent Vibha in meetings and workshops.• Success Stories: Create data-driven success stories for Vibha’s marketing efforts.• Volunteer Coordination: Align volunteer field visits with project data needs.• Representation: Attend national/international meetings to share project progress.• Additional Tasks: Execute evaluation and monitoring duties as directed.
