This includes the best of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile Development and DevOps philosophy to help accelerate all phases of the application design, development and delivery lifecycle.I have delivered as the Strategy and Transformation Landed leader in UK and EU. In this capacity I had lead a team of Strategy consultants landed in UK who specialises with Financial Services clients. Key engagements in UK - Debit Card Fraud Operations for a leading UK Bank – The project is Incepted to support the continuous improvement culture by simplifying processes, automating manual processes and decision making and migrating from unsupported legacy system (PEGA) by implementing IBM BPMTransforming Customer Servicing operations of aleading UK Bank – The project was incepted to replace a legacy CRM solution by IBM BPM. There were more than 250 Customer servicing request processing scenarios that required to be optimized and transfer to IBM BPM platformUpgradation of the settlement platform of a leading European Bank - The project involves upgradating the legacy equity settlement infrastructure into a modern, scalable architecture
