Responsibilities handled-• Responsible for entire Last Mile/First Mile Operations within the area NORTH Zone.• Making escalations reports & and publishing daily on time with the ground hubs, HI, AMs RMs GMs team & meeting/following up with them for faster closure.• Handling all escalations cases, external clients & and Flipkart, FIR cases, RTO, Delivery, Wrong delivery cases, Leadership Escalation, social media, NPS, the shipmentpickup etc. & following up with the client for fast resolution within a Specific TAT line.• In case of technical issues in Flipkart tools, interact with central teams & and solve them with them. • Managing end-to-end MIS and Data Management, Data Analyses on Excel, and Google sheet Updating data and records for all MIS activity daily basis.• Solving day-to-day operational issues, Customer Safety, handling Customer Escalation Issues, RCA, OTPs issues, invoices, billing, Barcode issues, etc. & and closing escalation on the time.• Handling Hubs team, Wish Masters & and guiding for new process policies of Flipkart.
