Enterprise Structure: Mapping of organizational structure of company and company code, plant, customizing purchase organization, purchase group and storage location. • Assignment of plant to company code, purchase organization to company code, purchase organization to plant and maintain of storage location to respective plant. • Creation of Master Data( Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchase Info Record, Source list in MM). • Configuration of Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchase info Record, Purchase requisition, Purchase order, Goods receipt. • Exposure to customization of release strategy procedure for purchase documents(PR & PO). • Creation of Purchase requisition, request for quotation, Purchase Order, Goods receipt, Invoice verification. • Knowledge of business scenarios of procurement like Sub-contracting, Consignment, Transfer posting, Scheduling agreement, Pipeline, Indirect, and Service. • Learned new skills and applied to daily tasks to improve efficiency and productivity. • RTP, Automatic PO Creation, Transfer posting, Inter STO and Intra STO. • Knowledge on Automatic account determination and Split valuation. • Exposure in Subsequent Adjustment like Subsequent credit/debit and credit Memo. • Setting up the Pricing Procedure by defining the (condition table, condition type, Calculation Schema and Schema determination).
