With a strong academic record (90%) and a passion for understanding people and organizational dynamics. I\'m working at Magneq Software as a HR Recruiter which helps me to build the technical skills in IT software domain and database.During my internship at Chambers C’s Firm, Hyderabad, I gained hands-on experience in core HR activities such as designing HR policies, drafting official circulars, posting job descriptions, and handling candidate outreach. This opportunity not only honed my communication and coordination skills but also deepened my understanding of how HR contributes to building strong teams and an efficient work culture.I’ve also worked on a project titled \"A Study on the Impact of Employee Wellbeing” at Fly Bird Technologies Pvt.
