I currently work on algorithm development and applied machine learning for life science instruments and bioinformatics applications, where I focus on translating research ideas into reliable, usable ML systems under real-world constraints.I am a Computer Vision and Machine Learning engineer with ~8 years of combined industry and research experience, working at the intersection of applied AI, ML systems, and real-world deployment.Prior to this, I developed classical and ML-based computer vision algorithms for autonomous driving systems, contributing to L2 and L3 features deployed in production vehicles. This experience shaped my approach to building robust, safety-critical AI systems.I hold a master’s degree in Autonomous Systems with a specialization in AI and Computer Vision, during which I explored topics such as uncertainty estimation in neural networks, explainable AI, and human-centric perception systems.I am particularly interested in owning end-to-end ML systems, working in ambiguous problem spaces, and applying AI to complex, high-stakes domains with meaningful societal impact.
