Completed Financial closure for • Financial Modeling, Business Planning, Budget Preparation & Monitoring, Cash Flow Projection of the Group Company• Identify and manage the key financial risks to which the company is exposed and ensure appropriate funding is in place. • Preparing SOPS for implementing systems / process in the organization. • Work closely with Banks, Financial Institutions to raise Debt, Quasi Debt & Equity.• Finalization of Sanction terms, Term Sheet, Sanction letter, Loan Documentation Process for disbursement of Loan• Liaising with legal, business and external consultants across• Setting up and strengthening Financial as well as operational controls and implementation of global practices • Annual Planning and Budgeting, Cost Monitoring, Cost Controlling. • Financial proposal, auditing, internal controls and improvements • Prepare financial proposal, project reports in order to raise debts from identified banks / financial institutions for new projects, expansion projects, operating projects.• Risk Management.• Insurances & MIS.
