Receive, review, plan process incoming orders accurately and in a timely manner using the Warehouse management tool Blue Yonder and pushing the orders to the production tables.• Utilize Blue yonder to generate accurate material plans for processing the orders.• Prioritizing and clearing the aged and pending orders on daily basis.• Assisting in regular cycle counts and reconciles discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracies.• Collaboratively working with the warehouse managers to address and resolve the operation and inventory- related issues. • Cancelling the orders in case of no service locations, invalid address or out of stock.• Maintain exact records in Microsoft Excel for the cancelled orders, out of stock products and for salvaged stocks.• Raise purchase request to the inventory team for the out of stock products.• Coordinate shipping activities, ensuring the timely processing of outbound shipments for boutique products.• Generating shipping labels, packing slips and necessary documentations for shipping.• Investigating and validating the customer return, collects the data, repack and resend the products without defects.• Respond to enquiries from customers and warehouse teams regarding order status and inventory levels.
