Prepare Technical Handbooks for oil and gas refinery projects by reviewing and interpreting Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P & IDs) and developing Simplified Process Diagrams (SPDs) to support engineering documentation.Collaborate with senior technical writers in the preparation, verification, and standardization of refinery handbooks, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with project standards.Develop E-Learning Modules for refinery operators by conducting detailed studies of refinery processes and unit operations, facilitating effective knowledge transfer and operator training.Perform Cause and Effect analyses for various refinery units to identify process interrelations, operational risks, and system responses under different scenarios.Prepare Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) in accordance with safety regulations and chemical handling standards.Support continuous improvement initiatives through detailed process understanding and accurate documentation aligned with industry best practices and client requirements.
