I am a Quality Engineering professional with 10+ years of industry experience, currently working at Lloyds Technology Centre India as a Senior Quality Engineer, contributing both as an individual contributor and a QE lead. I specialize in building and sustaining high-quality software systems by embedding quality practices across the SDLC in large-scale, enterprise environments.My professional expertise spans test automation, white-box and black-box testing, API and system testing, test strategy, quality governance, and QE leadership. I have delivered solutions across multiple domains including banking and financial services, audit, advisory, assurance, e-commerce, loyalty management, housing management and conversational/chatbot-based systems. Over the years, I have collaborated closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to shift quality left, improve release confidence, and drive continuous quality improvements.Academically, I hold a BSc in Information Technology Management from Ravenshaw University and have completed my MSc in Information Systems from BITS Pilani (2024). I am currently pursuing an MTech in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from BITS Pilani, with a strong aspiration to transition into Machine Learning and Deep Learning–oriented roles. Through my postgraduate education, I am actively building a solid foundation in AI/ML concepts, including data analytics, machine learning fundamentals, AI techniques, cloud computing, and applied problem-solving, while continuously strengthening my practical understanding through coursework and hands-on exploration.I am particularly interested in exploring how AI and ML can enhance Quality Engineering, such as intelligent test automation, predictive quality analytics, test optimization, and data-driven decision-making in software delivery. While I am still in the learning and skill-building phase of AI/ML, I am deeply committed to growing into this space by combining my strong QE background with emerging AI-driven approaches.In addition to my industry role, I continue to serve as an alumni member of the Board of Studies (ITM Department) at Ravenshaw University, where I contribute academic feedback and industry perspective—reflecting my ongoing interest in bridging academia and real-world engineering practices.I am driven by continuous learning, technical depth, and long-term career growth at the intersection of Quality Engineering and Artificial Intelligence, with a goal to contribute to building intelligent, reliable, and scalable software systems.
