Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of the work of the organization and to expand the reach of SSN.Implement a performance management process for 4 direct reports, and provide oversight to FT staff on managing contract staff, which includes monitoring, coaching and managing the performance of staff on an ongoing basis and conducting an annual performance review. Work with the Board to secure adequate funding for the operation of the organization. Research funding sources, oversee the development of fundraising plans, write funding proposals to increase the funding base of the organization and participate in fundraising activities as appropriate.Approve expenditure within the authority delegated by the Board; ensure that sound bookkeeping and accounting procedures are followed; including providing the Board with comprehensive, regular reports on the revenues and expenditures of the organization.
