I am a tech strategist-operator building systems that work in complex, high-stakes environments. I’ve done this in fintech, media, and travel/tourism. My work spans the full product cycle — research, design, build, launch, and scale. I’ve run user interviews, mapped workflows, written PRDs, and built growth strategies. I’ve led sprints with engineers, UX, data science, and banking ops. In fintech, I’ve delivered an API/SDK based Pay-on-Delivery product in two months. I’ve grown an embedded-finance newsletter to subscribers with zero paid spend. I’ve scoped modular micro-insurance products for e-commerce, farming, and ride-hailing platforms, work that directly touched financial resilience, climate adaptation, and safer livelihoods. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Sustainable Development to deepen my understanding of global challenges, policy levers, and impact frameworks. That knowledge shapes how I design products: commercially viable, socially meaningful, and built for long-term resilience. Outside work, I’m drawn to arts, culture, and the humanities. A deep interest in philosophy, history, and literature shapes how I think about systems and the people who use them.
