ABOUT ASTRID GREVE-SPENCER

I spent almost two decades covering breaking news for millions of viewers. Now, I help you break through the noise, in what I call my fourth career chapter - I help executives and organizations tell stories that people actually care about. My approach: combining business strategy and creativity.1⃣My first chapter was in TV news, where I learned to find the story, cut the fluff, and make every second count. I produced daily broadcasts, special reports, and public affairs programs - always under impossible deadlines and with cameras rolling.2⃣I then joined a PR agency, where I proved that great storytelling works everywhere and for all types of clients. 3⃣When I went in-house, I ran internal and external communications for global and Fortune 500 companies that needed someone who could think fast, write faster, and keep cool when things got intense.4⃣As an independent, I now focus on small to medium-sized (SMB) B2B companies and start-ups. I have a passion for manufacturing, but hey, I\'m a professional chameleon - so whatever your communications needs, we can figure out a way to get it done. I\'ve worked across ESG, EHS, ORM, legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, insurance, healthcare, finance sectors, and more. What I do: Strategic communications, media strategy, executive positioning, and creative content that doesn\'t bore people to tears. What I bring: A producer\'s instinct for what\'s newsworthy, an agency\'s strategic chops, a corporate comms leader\'s polish, and the ability to spot a bad story before it goes live.Core expertise: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Thought leadership & brand messaging Content strategy & storytelling Media training Executive & internal communications Employee engagement & culture-building Crisis & reputation managementAbout me: 25+ years of experience in strategic and creative branding Emmy & AP award-winning journalist, turned corporate strategist Languages: Bilingual in German & English | Fluent in French Skills: AI & Generative AI | Video Editing (Premiere Pro)| Photoshop, InDesign | Adobe Suite | Microsoft Suite Education: MBA and MS in PR Management (University of Maryland Global Campus); MA in Magazine Design (University of Missouri-Columbia); Bachelor\'s degrees in Broadcast Journalism and CommunicationIf you need someone who knows the difference between \"we have a statement\" and actually having something to say, DM or email me: a•••••@about-us-media.com. Let’s make every word count. Let\'s make your story powerful!
