About N. Astrid Lindo
Astrid Design Studio is a full service interior design, firm focused on building sustainable spaces. Viewing projects on a holistic level - from the core of the building, to the materials, through the interiors and out to the landscape, allows for the natural sensibilities of a space to reveal themselves. Design has always been a thriving part of my life. I have had the opportunity to explore realms of design that have always intrigued me, such as set design, visual merchandising, photography and fashion. My broad education, experience, and travels have provided me with a profound understanding of culture and aesthetic. Regenerative sustainability is the focus that I have been involved in for several years. Since, completing the Green Building certification program at Sonoma State University, being LEED accredited and having received a certification in Permaculture has enabled me to take a new approach into living systems, design, and technology. Educating people on how to live and work in more sustainable ways has been a critical factor in my inspiration to help others to live a more organic lifestyle.
