Direct point of contact for all artists during the advance process.• Advancing all artist liaison elements of the show including accreditation, dressing rooms, riders,catering, guest list, press commitments etc. • Helping to coordinate logistics including parking, ground transport, visas, flights, and hotels where applicable. • Creating rider budget and sending to promoter for sign off, then ensuring this is kept to and updated as needed. • Ensuring float sheet is up to date and reconciling all artist liaison costs and bookkeeping. • Ensuring that the backstage is as comfortable as possible and a welcoming environment for artist and touring parties, including ensuring dressing rooms/office are set as needed and adequate security is in place. • Working in collaboration with festival production managers, stage managers and touring team to ensure the show runs smoothly for all involved.• Managing a team of artist liaison reps, dressing room coordinators and rider team.
