I am an innovative global operations executive with experience in non-profits, for profit, edTech, social enterprise, education, association and manufacturing/production. I am driven to develop organizational cultures focused on customer service, competences, and skills. My management style is transparent and open, with strong cultural understandings from lived experiences in Africa, Europe, Latin America, and the USA. I have experience managing complex, multi-donor, multi-country operating budgets of ~$200 million/year; investment portfolios of ~$350 million; and, teams of ~100 FTEs.
