As a first-generation college graduate, my journey has always centered around expanding access, increasing capacity, and creating space for others to thrive.Over the years, as an Executive Director, Vice President, Board Member, and Founder, I’ve been called upon to bring order to complexity, reimagine possibilities, and lead transformative change. I’m known for approaching challenges with both structure and soul, blending strategic clarity with creative problem-solving to deliver results that align with purpose and impact.Whether stabilizing an organization in transition or guiding a board through a growth moment, I align people, systems, and culture to move missions forward.My strengths include: Strategic & Creative Thinking – I develop high-level solutions to complex problems and imagine new pathways that align mission with momentum.
