Currently driving generative AI-powered experiences for reading and content consumption in Outlook.Envisioned and launched Themes by Copilot on Outlook for iOS/Android, Outlook for Mac, and the new Outlook for Windows. Led the generative AI visuals workstream in Outlook, which incubates new concepts that leverage generative AI to drive delight and retention in Outlook. Launching Outlook\'s first visual genAI feature entailed pioneering several responsible AI mitigations for visual AI experiences. This innovation received strong user feedback and press coverage from The Verge, TechCrunch, and more.Before that, I designed and launched a framework for user-facing messaging and contextual teaching moments to drive feature adoption and habit formation. Shipped inbox density, embedded Loop components in emails, hybrid work location in the scheduling assistant, optimized tablet views for foldable mobile phones on Outlook for iOS/Android; immersive image themes on Outlook for Mac; and Copilot summarize and suggested drafts scenarios as an extensibility point for first party apps like Copilot for Sales on the new Outlook for Windows. I also drove several experiences that didn\'t end up shipping and have tons of \'no-ship learnings\' from the journeys.
