Currently, I am pursuing an exciting internship where I am working on a live project focused on \"Competency Mapping using Artificial Intelligence (AI)\" — a cutting-edge approach to understanding and aligning workforce capabilities with organizational goals. This role allows me to bring together my interests in HR, Marketing, and Business Analytics, and explore how technology can enhance human capital strategies. Key Roles & Responsibilities- Collaborating closely with HR leaders and functional heads to understand role expectations, skill requirements, and potential gaps- Exploring AI-based solutions that can automate competency mapping and help organizations make smarter, data-driven talent decisions- Assisting in the design and development of AI models that assess and map employee competencies, supporting initiatives like reskilling, upskilling, and succession planning- Preparing insightful reports and presentations that translate complex data and research into actionable strategies for the leadership team. About the Project – Competency Mapping with AI:This project focuses on how AI can revolutionize the way organizations identify, assess, and develop employee competencies. By leveraging AI and analytics, we aim to create a framework that not only maps current skill sets but also predicts future competency needs — helping organizations stay agile and competitive.Through this experience, I am gaining valuable exposure to HR analytics, AI-driven HR solutions, and organizational development, while sharpening my skills in research, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
