Pushap Sudan & Other Connected Matters – Before Hon’ble Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court - assisted for arguments on behalf of State of Jammu and Kashmir about applicability of transfer provisions under Criminal and Civil Procedure Code as applicable to the State of J&K and the 42nd Amendment to the Constitution of India.
