I’m a Project Manager with 12+ years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in large-scale AEM web production for global enterprises such as Microsoft and Adobe. With a strong technical foundation in both front-end and back-end development, along with experience using tools like Adobe Campaign, Workfront, and Azure DevOps, I bring a well-rounded perspective to web production. I focus on helping teams deliver complex digital projects on time, within scope, and with a strong emphasis on quality and user experience. Over the years, I’ve led major web production releases for global events and campaigns, managing daily operations, coordinating scrums, and driving continuous improvements in client experience and global delivery processes.I’ve also been working with AI-powered tools in the web production space for the past 2.5 years, exploring ways to improve content operations, automation, and overall efficiency, while experimenting with AI-driven solutions to solve business problems.I enjoy solving complex challenges, improving processes, and building collaborative, high-performing teams.
