Supervise and implement the project across designated locations, adhering to guidelines and compliance, ensuring professional timelines.Implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, including baseline and end-line surveys, and focus group discussions.Research, innovate, and re-Innovate existing practices and projects.Design and develop content for various purposes, such as monthly reports, quarterly progress reports, guidebooks, session plans with children, and workshops for Anganwadi Workers and Helpers.Incorporate feedback and assist the project team in implementing new initiatives from idea generation to execution, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.Conduct storytelling sessions for children at Anganwadi Centers and funders’ campuses.Represent the project’s work at various events, including convergence meets, mega training sessions with 70+ Anganwadi Workers, and funders’ campuses.
