ABOUT ADAM S. SIEFF
I represent media and technology clients in First Amendment, Section 230, and related constitutional litigation and appeals, including challenges to state and federal laws. I also defend nonprofit issue-advocacy organizations, charitable foundations, investigative newsrooms, universities, and corporate ESG programs against SLAPPs and government regulations targeting their protected activity. My pro bono practice focuses on voting and civil rights impact litigation. Named a “Rising Star” by Law360 and a “Lawyer on the Fast Track” by The Recorder and American Legal Media, I\'ve twice been honored with my teams as the American Lawyer’s “Litigators of the Week” and as Law360’s \"Legal Lions of the Week” for First Amendment victories striking down unconstitutional internet regulations.I received my J.D. with distinction from Stanford Law School in 2014, and my A.B. in political theory summa cum laude from Columbia University in 2011.
