managing company’s primary business flow with monthly turnover of over $60 mln by acting as a key liaison for client, financing institutions and cross-functional teams- Prepare investment pitch decks and financial presentations for renewable energy projects, targeting financial institutions, strategic investors, and other funding partners- Structure 5–10 commodity trade transactions per month, overseeing cash flow planning and coordinating end-to-end processes with suppliers, financing intermediaries, and buyers- Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and evaluate the viability of renewable energy projects and emerging business opportunities- Manage bankability due diligence processes and support the preparation of documentation required to achieve financial close- Maintain and regularly update databases of investor contacts, funding sources, and financing opportunities across renewable and conventional energy sectors- Support senior management in the negotiation and execution of M&A, and other strategic investment initiatives- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between internal teams and external stakeholders on corporate finance and trade finance matters- Represent the company at industry conferences, investor and banking meetings, and stakeholder events to promote partnerships and business development- Lead tender applications for renewable energy projects
