At Tufts Medicine, we are reimagining healthcare for patients and providers. I am proud to bring my passion and experience to our change journey.I lead finance and strategy for our clinically integrated network (CIN), which generates $160M in annual value-based care (VBC) revenue. My Responsibilities• Oversee a $40M operating budget including 150 FTEs, an external operating partner (Navvis), and $2M in technology spend.• Manage a $160M balance sheet including $130M in cash assets with quarterly cash flow between $30M and 50M dollars.• Established a $60M risk reserve target in partnership with external actuaries. • Forecast performance and distribute $120M in annual incentive payments across 2 accountable care organizations, 1 clinically integrated network, and 10 value-based care contracts.• Develop a technology system to distribute $19M in annual primary care provider (PCP) capitation payments. • Lead organizational financial reviews.Prior Responsibilities: I previously directed our population health analytics enterprise, where I• Managed 15 FTEs across data engineering, data exchange, and business intelligence.• Architected and engineered a 12TB data warehouse in Microsoft Azure• Migrated+20 legacy reports to Microsoft PowerBI and new population health platform (Arcadia)
