Responsible for the implementation of project procedures and quality control requirements. Supervise and monitors subcontractor piping erection activities as per project specifications Initiating actions to assure that all works are done according to applicable codes and specifi-cations, and to prevent occurrence of non-conformance. Performs piping line check and prepare As-built drawing. Performs inspection of piping and pipe support installation and generate piping punch list items. Inspection of pre-fabrication piping materials as per latest isometric drawing such as spools, support and valves before take out in lay-down area. Ensure that all joints have inspection report and NDT requirements prior hydro-test. Supervise and monitors sub-contractors hydro-test activities. System walk-down with Owner Representative prior to commissioning. Clearing of punch item raised by Owner side. Implements project procedure and requirements. Participates in safety toolbox meetings.
