Full operational responsibility of 14 high volume Burger king restaurants around London with an annual turn over of £20m. Also, responsible for new restaurant opening. Making business decision daily by analysing data to improve profitability. Current duties- Conducting inspiring regular site visit to check compliance and upskilling management team. Achieve and exceed regional budget and KPI’s. Recruiting and developing team to have full operational capability. Successful opening of new restaurant and keep all sites operating through facility team. Effective communication of brand updates through weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting. Managing employee relations and other HR issues. Compliance of financial, H&S, and Brand standard audits. Key accomplishments- Since taking over these sites I have focused on developing the restaurant team first to deliver on targets. Regional EBITA from Sales turnover from £17m to £20.8m, Gross profit 67% to 71%. Brand standard average from 76% to 86%. Staff turnover bellow 20%, and finally customer satisfaction GXI- from 81% to 93%. Profitability is significantly improved through effective labour management and finding lots of cost saving measures.
