I have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, customization, data migration, discovery, and platform optimization.My expertise includes Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalogs, and Record Producers, along with strong experience in ServiceNow Discovery such as IP discovery, custom patterns, discovery schedules, and CMDB health monitoring using the 3Cs—Correctness, Completeness, and Compliance.I am skilled in Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Import Sets, Transform Maps, reporting, and dashboards, and have worked on integrations like Twilio for Major Incident Management SMS notifications, improving alerting and response times.
