Senior Policy Advisor, Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC), TAG-NWB, Vancouver.INTEGRATED CORPORATE/SECTOR PLANNING & REPORTING- Advisory support and management of Branch components of Corporate and Sector Plans and Reports, under Departmental and Treasury Board\'s Management, Resources & Results Structure (MRRS) protocols. Specific deliverables include: Annual Corporate and Sector Business Plans, Report on Plans & Priorities (RPP), Departmental Performance Reports (DPR), Performance Measurement Framework (PMF) and Program Activity Architecture (PAA)- Advisory support and management of Branch components of the Sectoral Quarterly Reports- Provide input, as required, for OAG Report updates, Sectoral Mandate Chart and IGA\'s Federal/Provincial Strategies/Analytical Profile reports- Provide oversignt for Branch\'s ongoing participation in the Federal Action Plan & Profile (FAPP) planning and reporting system- Liaison with AANDC HQ planning and reporting personnel.PRINCIPALS\' PROCESS- Coordinate federal participation in Principals\' meetings and drafting of briefing materials, liaison with British Columbia, First Nations Summit and British Columbia Treaty Commission- Liaise with HQ for Order-in-Council appointments of BCTC commissioners, parliamentary tabling of BCTC Annual Report, and drafting of QP Cards.TREATY RELATED MEASURES- Manage Treaty Related Measures Program that provides strategic grants and contribution funding to treaty First Nations to address First Nations\' concerns related to land and resource development in their asserted traditional territories while negotiations are underway- Monitor grants and contributions budget, project document reviews and approvals, project renewals and consultation with key partners on project proposals and arising issues- Manage renewal of the TRM authority- Chair TRM Committee meetings and participate in Regional Assessment Committee meetings.
