I am an experienced Strategy manager with an expertise in talent strategy and transformation, organization development and design, culture transformation and activation, DEI strategy, leadership and stakeholder visioning and alignment, and employee experience and engagement. In this role I engage in the following- Project management of large-scale strategic talent and workforce transformation for both private and public sector organizations - Subject matter expert organization design and operating model development for enterprise-wide transformations- Project management and subject matter expert of DEI strategy development and implementation for private and public sector initiatives- Co-lead Talent & Engagement pillar for South Leadership & Culture (L&C) market unit and lead strategic initiatives for the South market unit population- Completed Practice Makes Pathways learning and development program where I led a team of 4 practitioners (inclusive of self) through 5 weeks of Accenture solutioning and skills trainings to increase proficiency and successfully present to a Managing Director in a case competition. Currently assisting the next cohort as a training and development coach- Developing an employee experience playbook replete with Accenture offerings to be leveraged by practitioners during M&A engagements- Enrolled in INSEAD Strategy program, a Brandon Hall GOLD recipient for best results of a learning program with alignment to business outcomes- Serve as member of African American ERG professional development committee. Currently supporting leadership connection series, purposed to provide new joiners with exposure to experienced leaders.
