As a PR & Influencer Marketing Assistant at ILIA Beauty, I help create and execute effective campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among our target audiences. I use reporting and analysis tools such as Tribe Dynamics and Traackr to monitor and measure the performance and impact of our influencer partnerships and outreach strategies.I have many years of work experience in the hospitality industry, where I have developed strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. I started as an Influencer Marketing Intern at ILIA Beauty in Jan 2023, where I learned the basics of influencer marketing and PR, such as identifying and contacting potential influencers, creating and sending PR packages, and tracking and reporting the results. I also work as a Server at The Deck on Laguna Beach, where I provide excellent service and hospitality to our guests, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Communication, with a Public Relations focus. I chose this field of study because I am passionate about creating and maintaining positive relationships between brands and consumers, as well as between organizations and stakeholders. I also have a keen interest in the beauty industry and its trends, innovations, and challenges. My goal is to pursue a career in influencer marketing, where I can apply my skills, knowledge, and creativity to help brands grow and thrive in the competitive and dynamic market.
