Prosperity Indiana is Indiana\'s statewide membership network supporting individuals, organizations, and the state’s community economic development sector to strengthen Hoosier communities. Since its founding in 1986, Prosperity Indiana has grown to more than 200 members from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. The organization seeks ways to fund member\'s work, build and retain relationships, and address local and national issues that impact the capacity and potential for member organizations to deliver services and lead change in their communities. Prosperity Indiana organizes its work within its REAP Prosperity framework: providing Resources, opportunities for Engagement, Advocacy, and signature Programs that support members\' work with focuses on affordable housing, asset building/protection, and community development.• Leads organizational planning, financial management, staffing, programs, and activities ensuring that plans are effectively executed, and member needs met• Fosters collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, board members, policy makers, association members, and more• Serves as primary fundraising/revenue growth officer
