I am responsible for achieving sales goals nationally within the Natural channel. Duties include designing and developing strategic distribution and sales plans, assessing market conditions and broker performance, and evaluating the cost of distribution and promotional programs. It is a joy to communication effectively, negotiate with clients, as well as provide leadership to our broker team for our FFH brands. Responsibilities include growing retail distribution, achieving designated ACV distribution goals, securing new item placement, and developing strong relationships with key accounts and the broker team. I provide updates on retail distribution objectives, develop and implement distribution/sales programs, identify competition opportunities, and communicate effectively with the team and brokers. Additionally, I organize trade shows and coordinate events at the store level. I demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach in developing distribution and sales.
